Just when you've got it sussed, they go and change it all
It was fine, the after-school stuff. It all fitted in nicely, and no-one was left waiting in a deserted playground in the rain (very often, anyway). Then orchestra changed from a Tuesday to a Thursday. And the music group is also on a Thursday. Which meant dropping Brownies (and hearing Brown Owl say a rude word when I told her I couldn't help any more). And now only SBS is able to have tea at home on a Thursday as the other two need to eat sausage rolls in the car. Which isn't ordinarily a problem (even though I swore my children would have Proper Meals Sitting at the Table) except that MBS has some food intolerances. Wheat, eggs, cows milk and yeast, to be precise which means I need to find a way of feeding her which doesn't involve any flour whatsoever, or any dairy products. Plus she's slightly sensitive to soya, which rules out most non-dairy milks and cheeses as well.
So I'm scouring recipe books and websites to find some means of producing non-wheat, non-dairy, non-egg, non-yeast bread to make the poor child a sandwich.
I may be some time.
