It's official - I am at the cutting edge of cool

(admittedly that's "cool" as defined by the Telegraph, but hey, what's a right wing style supplement between friends).
Anyway, there are people out there who have only just realised that working at a Job is a load of hassle, and being at home with the kids is much better. More fun and more relaxed apparently. All we do as Stay at Home mums is feed ducks at the park you see, and cook nutritious meals for our darling children (when we're not meeting friends in trendy little child-friendly restaurants for lunch). And hand iron their designer smocked dresses. And be slim and fashionable. And smile a lot.
Yeah right. I've been doing the SAHM thing for 12 and a half years now. And we only fed the ducks once cos they were terrifyingly scary. And we can't go out to lunch because Weightwatchers don't allow enough points for that, and we need WW because we're all the size of buses due to the comfort eating of Kitkats brought on by the stresses of attempting to switch the TV off to do something educational.
So Sunday style/fashion supplements - why don't you take from an expert. It's not glamorous. It's not sexy. It's not even easy. But it sure as hell beats working.
Bet Jules Oliver feeds them Captain Birdseye fish fingers when Jamie's off making TV programmes though.
